Registration FAQs

Cancellations received before July 1, 2020 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after July 1, 2020 will be refunded in full, minus a $50 administration fee.
If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so up to 2 business days prior to the event. Please contact info@grittsummit.com to request a transfer.
There are no discounted Day Pass registrations for the GRITT Summit, however, each registration includes access to session recordings along with the educational content provided.
The evening events are not mandatory, but are highly recommended as they will serve as an opportunity to network with other industry colleagues and professionals.
Must be 18 years old or older with paid registration to attend the GRITT Summit.

Travel and Lodging FAQs

Please refer to the cancellation policy of your chosen hotel during the reservation process. Cancellation polices vary by hotel.
St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is the nearest airport to the Ameristar Casino & Resort and other surrounding hotels. It is approximately 8 miles from (STL) to the event center. https://www.ameristarstcharles.com/directions
The Ameristar Casino & Resort does not provide a regularly scheduled shuttle to and from the Airport, however, you may request a shuttle complimentary from Ameristar by emailing ACSCVL@boydgaming.com. This is not guaranteed and is reserved on a first come/first serve basis.
There is free parking available in the Parking Garage at the Ameristar Casino & Resort.

General FAQs

The dress code for the Gritt Summit and all evening activities is Business Casual. Please be prepared to dress in layers, if needed, as we will not have control of the conference room temperatures.
When registering for the GRITT Summit, please indicate any ADA accommodations you have on the Registration Form. We will work with the hotel directly and contact you to discuss options.
