Most recently as the CEO and leader responsible for growing market share built a top 100 Insurance Brokerage firm in America. With proven success in driving rapid growth organically and leveraging mergers & acquisitions his roles have spanned P&L management, sales, marketing, business development, operations, and risk management.
Just over a year ago Steve took on his next challenge and was brought in to lead and grow Winter-Dent & Company and to create a culture of performance and ownership positioning it as a Midwest leader in the risk management space.
Steve is PASSIONATE about spreading business literacy mindset primarily within ESOP or widely held ownership environments.
